นายกนักประดิษฐ์ฯ ควงกรรมการและทูตของสมาคมฯ เข้าหารือและแสดงความยินดีกับ ปธ.ที่ปรึกษาคณะกรรมการสมาคมฯ ได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นที่ ปรึกษา รมว.เกษตรและสหกรณ์ เพื่อหาแนวทางนำนวัตกรรมมาใช้ในภาคการเกษตรช่วยสนับสนุน Young Smart Farmer 

นายภณวัชร์นันท์ ไกรมาตย์ กล่าวว่า การพบปะกับที่ปรึกษา รมว.เกษตรฯ ได้รับคำแนะนำให้ส่งเสริม young smart farmer เพื่อนักประดิษฐ์ พัฒนานำนวัตกรรมการเกษตรและอาหาร มาปรับใช้ในภาคการเกษตร เพราะประเทศไทยเป็นผู้ผลิตสินค้าเกษตรรายสำคัญของโลก รวมทั้งนวัตกรรมการเก็บรักษาขนม ให้มีอายุอยู่ได้นาน เรายังมีพืชผักผลไม้ ตอนปลูกถนอมเหมือนไข่ในหิน แต่ตอนเก็บเกี่ยว กลับไม่มีสิ่งประดิษฐ์และนวัตกรรมเพื่อถนอม พืชผักผลไม้ ให้สามารถเดินทางขนส่งให้ถึงผู้บริโภค ให้สดเหมือนเก็บจากต้นทาง

ทั้งนี้ ที่ปรึกษารมว.เกษตรฯ ได้ฝากไปยัง เยาวชน ลูกหลานชาวเกษตรกร รัฐบาลจะเติมเงินส่วนที่ลงทุนขาดหายไป อันดับแรก รัฐบาลทำงานโดยจะเพิ่มกำไรให้ อีก 40% โดยจะเชื่อมโยงจาก กระทรวงเกษตรฯ ไปยังกระทรวงพาณิชย์ และกระทรวงอื่นๆ ของรัฐบาล เพื่อผลักดัน พืชผักผลไม้ เมื่อผลิต บริโภคภายในประเทศ แล้วจะต้องผลักดัน ส่งออกไปขายเพื่อให้พี่น้องเกษตรกรได้อยู่ดีกินดี มาร่วมกัน เป็น young smart farmer ช่วยกันประดิษฐ์ และประยุกต์ใช้นวัตกรรมสู่ความสำเสร็จในอาชีพเกษตรกร เพิ่มสร้างมูลค่าสินค้าเกษตร มีกำไรมากขึ้น เพื่อความอยู่ดีกินดี สร้างชาติ ให้มั่นคง มั่งคั่ง ยั่งยืน

ด้านนายกสมาคมฯ ตอบรับและจะประชุมกับคณะกรรมการบริหารสมาคมฯ เพื่อส่งเสริมระบบสิ่งประดิษฐ์และนวัตกรรม Startup เกษตรอัจฉริยะ ที่มุ่งการนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ใช้ เช่นที่เรียก Precision Agriculture and Predictive Data Analytics โดยการทำงานมีการนำข้อมูลอดีตและปัจจุบันมาช่วยพยากรณ์อนาคต เช่น ประเมิน อุปสงค์ อุปทานในตลาด ทำให้ตัดสินใจลงทุนได้สอดรับกัน ช่วยแก้ปัญหาการผลิตออกมามากเกินจนต้องมาลดราคาขาย การตลาดให้ครบวงจร จะวิเคราะห์ไล่ตาม Value Chain เพื่อดูว่ามีช่องว่างเพื่อเติมเต็ม สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่ม หรือแม้แต่เกิดโมเดลการทำธุรกิจชนิดใหม่อย่างไรได้บ้าง เช่น การบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และชีวภาพ เชื่อมเข้า การเกษตรที่ทันสมัยต่างๆ เข้ากับเกษตรกรรมแบบดั้งเดิม เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเพาะปลูก เพิ่มผลผลิต และเพิ่มคุณภาพของผลิตผล

ขณะเดียวกัน จำนวนประชากรที่สูงขึ้น ชุมชนเมืองที่ขยายตัว พื้นที่เพาะปลูกที่ลดลง สภาพภูมิอากาศที่เปลี่ยนแปลงจากปัญหาโลกร้อน รวมทั้งความต้องการผลิตผลเกษตรเพื่อแปลงเป็นพลังงานที่สูงขึ้น ทำให้เกษตรกรรมแบบดั้งเดิม ยิ่งไม่สามารถให้ผลผลิตเพียงพอต่อความต้องการได้ เพราะฉะนั้น นวัตกรรมถือเป็นสิ่งที่จำเป็นในการเพิ่มผลผลิตและสร้างคุณภาพในการทำการเกษตรในยุคปัจจุบัน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับนโยบายเร่งด่วนของรัฐบาล ที่จะให้ความช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรและพัฒนานวัตกรรม เช่น สร้างนวัตกรรมและเครื่องมือทางการเกษตรในราคาที่เข้าถึงได้เพื่อลดต้นทุนการผลิต จัดพื้นที่การเกษตรให้สอดคล้องกับระบบบริหาร จัดการน้ำและคุณภาพของดินตาม Agri-Map เป็นต้น

ขณะที่น.ส.สุดทิดา อะนุสิน ทูตสมาคมนักประดิษฐ์ฯ กิจการด้าน อาเซียน (AEC) ระบุว่า ปัญหาทางการเกษตรในปัจจุบัน ถือเป็นปัญหาระดับโลก เพราะฉะนั้นการที่ได้พบปะกับที่ปรึกษารมว.เกษตรฯ ซึ่งเป็นผู้คลุกคลีกับการทำงานด้านนี้มาตลอดนั้น ถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่จะได้นำข้อแนะนำมาปรับใช้ในโอกาสต่อไป รวมทั้งถือเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่ทางสมาคมนักประดิษฐ์ ฯ ได้ให้โอกาสตนเอง ได้เข้ามาเป็นทูตแอมบาสเดอร์ของทางสมาคมฯ เพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้ นวัตกรรมและความก้าวหน้าทางด้านเทคโนโลยี ให้กับทั้งชาวไทย ชาวลาว และประชาคมอาเซียน เพื่อให้เกิดการค้าขายแลกเปลี่ยนส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมเพื่อให้ก้าวทันความก้าวหน้าของประชาคมโลกด้วย.
